Hiring REMOTE Senior WordPress Developers – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $2000 – $3000 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Senior WordPress Developers to build and maintain high-performing marketing websites and landing pages. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies, supporting their marketing and growth initiatives by developing fast, reliable, and conversion-focused websites.
The ideal candidate is comfortable translating design files into production-ready pages, optimizing website performance, managing marketing integrations, and ensuring the site remains stable and scalable as it evolves.
Responsibilities:
• Convert approved design files (Figma or similar tools) into responsive, pixel-perfect WordPress pages
• Build and maintain landing pages using Elementor while ensuring clean structure, styling, and mobile responsiveness
• Implement smooth animations and interactions that enhance user experience without impacting performance
• Optimize site performance including page speed improvements, Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, and script optimization
• Manage and maintain tracking scripts including analytics tags, pixels, and event tracking through tag management systems
• Configure lead capture forms and ensure leads flow correctly into CRM systems and automation workflows
• Troubleshoot issues related to form submissions, tracking events, integrations, and page performance
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to implement updates and suggest improvements to site functionality
• Maintain site stability by testing updates, avoiding unnecessary plugin usage, and ensuring production-ready deployments
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience as a WordPress Developer or similar role
• Strong experience with WordPress page builders such as Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, or Gutenberg
• Experience working with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to translate designs into live pages
• Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar tracking systems
• Experience integrating forms with CRM and automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, ActiveCampaign, or Mailchimp
• Understanding of web performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, and responsive design best practices
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
