Hiring REMOTE Wedding Coordinator Assistants – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Wedding Coordinator Assistants. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Lead planning consultation calls with couples to understand their vision, priorities, and expectations
• Ask thoughtful, open-ended questions to uncover details such as style, mood, and must-have shots
• Follow up consistently with prospects to guide decision-making
• Liaise with internal photography/videography teams to ensure services align with clients’ requests
• Use the client portal or systems to document client preferences, timelines, and revisions
• Provide clear and friendly information on packages, timelines, policies, and deliverables
• Ensure communication is timely, responsive, and reassuring
• Help coordinate pre-wedding logistical details such as schedule and shot lists
Qualifications:
• 1+ Years as a Wedding Coordinator Assistant or similar position
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Energetic & upbeat
• Team Player
• Willing to listen to feedback & improve
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
