Compensation: $1,120 – $2,080 USD Per Month!
We help US businesses hire applicants from various countries for REMOTE job opportunities, and we have multiple open Virtual Assistant with Go High Level Experience positions we need to immediately hire. You would be working directly with the business.
Responsibilities:
• Manage client pipelines inside Go High Level (GHL)
• Update contacts, tags, and smart lists
• Build and maintain automations and workflows
• Assist in setting up funnels, landing pages, forms, and triggers
• Monitor campaigns and ensure leads move through the pipeline
• Respond to customer or lead inquiries via chat, email, or SMS
• Track task completion and maintain clean CRM data
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and ops teams when needed
• Prepare basic performance reports and summaries
Qualifications:
• 1+ year experience working with Go High Level in a support, marketing, or admin role
• Strong hands-on experience with Go High Level (non-negotiable)
• Understanding of pipelines, automations, campaigns, triggers & tags
• Familiar with email/SMS sequences and customer journeys
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
• Bonus: Zapier, Twilio, ClickFunnels, Calendly
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple requests
• Comfortable working with US-based clients and time zones
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
