Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Vibe Coder – Europe (Zapier, AI-Assisted Development, Rapid Prototyping)s to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle automation and tech process optimization projects from concept to execution.
• Utilize tools like Replit, Cursor, and Claude to build and optimize automation processes that enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, HR) to identify pain points and provide automated solutions that improve business operations.
• Explore and implement new technologies and coding solutions to drive continuous improvement and streamline workflows.
• Identify repetitive tasks and manual processes that can be automated, implementing solutions to boost productivity.
• Integrate automation tools and scripts across multiple platforms and systems to ensure seamless communication and data flow.
Qualifications:
• & Tools:
• Proficiency in Replit and Claude for coding
• Familiarity with automation integration across multiple platforms with tools like Zapier and n8n
• Experience with process optimization techniques
• Knowledge of collaboration tools for cross-functional team engagement
• Understanding of current trends in automation technologies
• 2+ Years as a Vibe Coder or similar position
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
