Hiring REMOTE TikTok Shop & Affiliate Marketing Coordinators – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,000 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire TikTok Shop & Affiliate Marketing Coordinators. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Run day-to-day operations of TikTok account, manage content, calendar, community engagement, and ensure accuracy of TikTok Shop products, links, and promotions
• Manage TikTok Shop Affiliate Center workflows, including affiliate approvals, product linking, commission setup, and creator coordination
• Source, recruit, and manage creators/affiliates from outreach to performance tracking
• Execute and manage product seeding workflows, including creator selection, address collection, shipment tracking, and content confirmation
• Use Reacher for creator discovery, outreach, and messaging while maintaining brand consistency
• Follow up to ensure posting timelines are met, collect assets and links, and engage high-performing creators
• Repurpose top-performing affiliate and brand content for other channels
• Perform basic editing and repurposing of content, and coordinate cross-platform posting with Social Media Coordinator
Qualifications:

• Creator Discovery tools (CreatorIQ, Upfluence, Sprout Social or TikTok Shop Affiliate Center)
• Light content editing (Canva, Capcut)
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
• Experience building and maintaining a UGC library, including basic usage rights tracking
• 1+ Years as a Social Media & Affiliate Marketing Coordinator or similar position
• Hands on experience with Tiktok Shop management required
