We help US businesses hire applicants from various countries for REMOTE job opportunities, and we have multiple open Test Escaping positions we need to immediately hire. You would be working directly with the business.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand application functionality.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure existing features remain functional after updates.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
• Automate testing processes where applicable to improve efficiency.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to the development team.
Preferred skills & Tools:
• Experience with automated testing tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
• +1 year of experience in a Test Escaping role or related role.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
• High level of motivation and persistence.
• Energetic and upbeat.
• Team player.
• Willing to listen to feedback and improve.
