Technical Support Specialist - Tier 2 for US Companies - Multiple Positions Available

Hiring REMOTE Technical Support Specialist: Tier 2s – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month

Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Technical Support Specialist: Tier 2s. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.

Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for Unifi Tier 2 issues.
• Troubleshoot network problems.
• Assist customers with configuration and setup.
• Document support interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications:
• 1+ Years as a Unifi Tier 2 Support Specialist or similar position
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Energetic & upbeat
• Team Player
• Willing to listen to feedback & improve
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
