Hiring REMOTE Senior Fullstack Developers – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $3000 – $4000 per month
Remote Leverage is expanding its internal product team and hiring Senior Fullstack Developers to help build the next generation of hiring and operations tools used across the company. In this role, you would work directly with the founder and internal product team to develop and scale software systems that support Remote Leverage’s global operations.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working across both frontend and backend systems, improving product usability, refining APIs and data models, and helping bring MVP-stage products to stable, production-ready quality.
Responsibilities:
• Take an existing MVP and help evolve it into a stable, production-ready product
• Design, refine, and maintain backend APIs and data models that support product functionality
• Improve frontend user experience, usability, and application performance
• Ensure system stability, security, and scalability as product usage grows
• Identify and resolve edge cases, bugs, and areas of technical debt
• Collaborate closely with the founder to move quickly and make sound technical decisions
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured TypeScript code across frontend and backend systems
• Apply a product-minded engineering approach when designing and building features
• Work effectively in environments with evolving requirements and partial specifications
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer or similar role
• Strong experience using TypeScript across both frontend and backend development
• Solid React experience building production-grade user interfaces
• Experience developing backend services using Node.js and frameworks such as Express, NestJS, or Fastify
• Strong SQL and database fundamentals with systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar relational databases
• Familiarity with modern development tooling such as Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms
• Proven experience shipping and maintaining real-world software products
• Ability to move early-stage systems from “working MVP” to reliable, maintainable production software
• Product-minded engineering approach with strong problem-solving ability
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection and suitable remote work setup
