Remote Leverage helps hundreds of companies worldwide hire elite remote talent — but this role is an internal hire. You’ll join our marketing team to shape and scale our own brands, RemoteLeverage.com and Anyshore.ai.
We’re looking for a Senior Creative who can build conversion-driven visual systems at scale: launching new landing page variations weekly, improving funnels through UX, crafting ad creative across channels, evolving our brand identities, and potentially leading a major brand refresh for Remote Leverage.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role working directly with growth, product, engineering, and leadership.
• Build numerous landing page variations across products and services
• Improve conversion through UX optimization and funnel design
• Streamline acquisition flows and multi-step forms
• Craft new website and brand identities as needed
• Produce ad graphics at scale for paid campaigns
• Maintain and elevate Remote Leverage’s brand systems
• Lead major brand upgrades or redesigns when required
• Design storefronts, SaaS marketing sites, and product pages
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers and growth teams
• Oversee freelance designers when needed
• Experiment with motion graphics and video creative
• Outstanding portfolio (SaaS / DTC / e-commerce heavy)
• Conversion-driven design mindset
• Strong web, marketing, and UI design skills
• Systems thinker who can build scalable brand frameworks
• Comfortable working fast in a performance environment
• Experience at leading SaaS or DTC brands
• Agency background welcome
• Motion design / video editing skills a major plus
