Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Senior Full Stack MERN Developers to build, maintain, and scale modern web applications. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies, developing full stack features, improving application performance, and supporting technical delivery across frontend and backend systems.
Responsibilities:
• Build, maintain, and enhance full stack web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies
• Develop frontend interfaces, reusable components, and responsive user experiences across web applications
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, authentication flows, and server-side business logic
• Design and manage database structures, queries, and data models to support scalable application performance
• Troubleshoot bugs, fix performance issues, and improve application reliability across the stack
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment workflows, and engineering best practices
• Support ongoing optimization, maintenance, and feature development for production applications
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, MERN Developer, or similar software engineering role
• Strong experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js
• Familiarity with frontend technologies and frameworks such as Next.js, TypeScript, Redux, Tailwind CSS, or Bootstrap
• Experience with backend and infrastructure tools such as REST APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, Docker, or AWS
• Strong understanding of version control, debugging, testing, and deployment workflows using tools such as Git, GitHub, GitLab, Postman, or CI/CD platforms
• Ability to build scalable web applications and work across both frontend and backend systems
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection and computer capable of handling development workflows
