Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Senior Full Stack Mern Developer – Founding Engineers to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Transform an existing MVP into a market-ready, production-quality product.
• Design and refine backend APIs and data models for scalability.
• Enhance frontend user experience, usability, and performance.
• Ensure the system’s stability, security, and scalability.
• Identify and resolve edge cases, bugs, and technical debt.
• Make architectural decisions that support long-term growth.
• Collaborate closely with the founder to maintain engineering discipline.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured TypeScript code.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proven track record of shipping and maintaining real-world SaaS products.
• Ability to move a product from ‘it works’ to reliable, scalable, and usable.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
