Remote Leverage is expanding its internal product and marketing engineering team and is hiring a Senior Front-End Developer with deep WordPress expertise and strong working knowledge of Framer.
You will play a critical role in acquisition engineering: continuously launching new landing page variants, improving funnels, and building custom on-page interactions that drive measurable results.
What You’ll Do
- Continuously build new landing page variations for our products and services
- Systematically improve funnels through higher-converting forms, step flows, and tracking setups
- Custom-code interactions, animations, and features as required
- Build and maintain high-performance WordPress websites
- Develop Framer projects for rapid MVPs and experiments
- Ship polished UI for SaaS and e-commerce products
- Collaborate closely with growth, design, and leadership
- Optimize for speed, SEO, and conversion
- Own front-end implementation end-to-end
Must-Have Profile
- Advanced WordPress expertise (themes, performance optimization, custom builds)
- Working proficiency with Framer
- Portfolio showing strong SaaS or e-commerce brands
- Proven experience shipping conversion-focused landing pages
- Strong UI instincts paired with experimentation mindset
- Product-driven engineering approach
Strongly Preferred
- Experience at top SaaS or e-commerce companies
- Extensive background building acquisition funnels and growth sites
- Comfort implementing analytics, events, and tracking frameworks
- In-house product roles (agency-only backgrounds are not a fit)
