Hiring REMOTE Sales Representatives – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Sales Representatives. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social selling to generate new business
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority
• Schedule and conduct discovery calls, product demos, and follow-up meetings with prospects
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close, negotiation, and handoff
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activity, pipeline updates, and deal stages in CRM
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and activity benchmarks
• Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead quality and messaging
• Provide regular pipeline updates and sales forecasts to management
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or account management
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho CRM
• Familiarity with prospecting tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Outreach
• Strong verbal and written English communication and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Comfortable with cold calling, objection handling, and consultative selling
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
