Hiring REMOTE Sales Managers – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1400 – $2500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Sales Managers to lead their sales teams and drive revenue growth. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies, managing sales representatives, improving sales processes, and ensuring the team consistently meets pipeline and revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve revenue and performance targets
• Monitor sales pipelines and ensure consistent lead follow-up and deal progression
• Develop and implement sales strategies to improve customer acquisition and conversion rates
• Track team performance metrics and provide coaching, feedback, and performance support
• Review sales calls, outreach activity, and deal progression to improve closing effectiveness
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align lead generation and outreach strategies
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline data within CRM systems
• Identify process improvements and optimize workflows to increase sales productivity
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in sales management, team leadership, or senior sales roles
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, or Freshsales
• Familiarity with sales engagement platforms such as Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar tools
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
• Ability to track performance metrics and manage a sales pipeline effectively
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
