Hiring REMOTE Sales Development Representatives – Multiple positions immediately available.
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Sales Development Representatives to support their outbound sales and lead generation efforts. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies, supporting their sales team by identifying potential customers, initiating outreach, and scheduling qualified meetings.
The ideal candidate is comfortable managing outbound communication across email, phone, and messaging channels while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. This role is focused on generating new opportunities, qualifying prospects, and helping sales teams build a strong pipeline of potential customers.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients through email, SMS, and phone calls
• Identify and qualify leads by understanding prospect needs, budgets, and decision-making processes
• Schedule discovery calls, product demonstrations, or meetings for account executives and sales teams
• Monitor engagement metrics such as reply rates, call outcomes, and lead activity to prioritize follow-ups
• Maintain accurate prospect and communication records in CRM and sales engagement platforms
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach messaging, targeting strategies, and campaign performance
• Track outreach progress and contribute to maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
• Support ongoing prospecting initiatives by identifying potential leads and updating contact data
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or similar outbound sales role
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, or Freshsales
• Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, Lemlist, or similar outbound automation platforms
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging prospects through multiple communication channels
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to track outreach and follow-up activity
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset for remote work
