Hiring REMOTE Sales Agents – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Sales Agents to drive revenue growth through consultative selling and client demos. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies, leading sales calls, following up on inbound leads, and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
• Host video calls with prospective clients to present services, explain offerings, and conduct live demonstrations
• Follow up promptly on inbound leads through calls, emails, and HubSpot tasks to advance prospects through the sales process
• Identify client needs, recommend suitable solutions, and close sales effectively
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless client onboarding process
• Develop a deep understanding of client industries and needs to maintain comprehensive client notes
• Continuously update knowledge of service packages, guarantees, pricing, and success stories to enhance demo quality and conversion rates
• Achieve and surpass weekly and monthly KPIs, including demos, follow-ups, meetings, conversion rates, and revenue
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot and sales software
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Proficiency in video conferencing tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
