Hiring REMOTE Recruiters – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Recruiters. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and social recruiting channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate fit
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers including scheduling and logistics
• Write and post job descriptions across multiple recruiting platforms
• Build and maintain talent pools for recurring and hard-to-fill positions
• Provide regular pipeline updates and recruiting reports to hiring managers
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional follow-up
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or HR coordination
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, RecruitCRM, or BambooHR
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable managing multiple open roles and candidate conversations simultaneously
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
