Hiring Real Estate Virtual Assistant – Mexico – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: $960 – $1,600 USD Per Month!
We help US businesses hire applicants from various countries for REMOTE job opportunities, and we have multiple open Real Estate Virtual Assistant positions we need to immediately hire. You would be working directly with the business.
Responsibilities:
• Manage CRM entries and update lead pipelines daily
• Monitor new inbound leads and respond quickly
• Schedule showings, inspections, and appointments with clients & agents
• Prepare property listing details, updates, and descriptions
• Post and maintain listings on MLS/IDX portals and social channels
• Assist with transaction coordination and send required paperwork
• Follow up with leads via email, SMS, and calls
• Organize buyer/seller information and maintain clean documentation
• Track deadlines, priorities, and ensure tasks are completed on time
Qualifications:
• 1+ year of experience supporting a real estate team, agent, or brokerage
• Experience with real estate CRMs (kvCORE, Follow Up Boss, BoomTown, LionDesk, or similar)
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
• Familiarity with Zillow, MLS, Redfin, or Realtor.com
• Bonus: Go High Level, Zapier, DocuSign, Canva
• Strong written communication and customer handling skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing deadlines
• Able to work US business hours • Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
