Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Property Managers to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Handle maintenance requests, neighbor disputes, and tenant concerns professionally.
• Maintain detailed records of financial transactions and property maintenance activities.
• Act as the main point of contact for tenants to ensure a positive rental experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
• Communicate effectively with professional housekeepers.
• Manage and update booking listings regularly.
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
• High level of motivation and persistence.
• Energetic and upbeat.
• Team player.
