Hiring REMOTE Property Manager & Maintenance Coordinators – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1400 – $2500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Property Managers & Maintenance Coordinators to support the day-to-day operations of residential and short-term rental properties. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies, helping manage tenant communications, maintenance coordination, and booking operations.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and guests, handling questions, concerns, and service requests
• Coordinate maintenance requests and work orders with contractors, technicians, and service providers
• Track and maintain records of property maintenance activities, repair histories, and related documentation
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, expenses, and property-related operational data
• Help resolve tenant concerns including maintenance issues, neighbor disputes, and rental inquiries
• Manage booking calendars and listing updates for rental properties across online platforms
• Communicate with professional housekeepers and service vendors to coordinate cleaning schedules and property readiness
• Monitor guest communications and ensure a smooth rental experience from booking through checkout
• Support ongoing property operations by tracking tasks, schedules, and operational updates
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience as a Property Manager, Property Coordinator, or similar role
• Familiarity with property management platforms such as AppFolio, Buildium, Guesty, Hostaway, or Yardi
• Experience managing rental listings across platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, or similar booking channels
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties, tasks, and service requests
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset for remote work
