Hiring REMOTE Product Developers – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $2500 – $3800 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Product Developers to improve product systems, build scalable workflows, and support efficient product execution inside SaaS environments. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies, helping structure product processes, refine system logic, and support initiatives across global HR, payroll, compliance, and EOR-related operations.
Responsibilities:
• Design and improve product development processes including documentation standards, sprint planning, QA workflows, and release cycles
• Collaborate with leadership to translate business goals into clear product requirements and structured execution plans
• Build, iterate, and refine product features with a focus on scalability, usability, and operational efficiency
• Create structured workflows that support global hiring, payroll, compliance, and workforce management systems
• Identify inefficiencies in current product systems and proactively recommend process improvements
• Maintain clear documentation of product logic, workflows, system configurations, and process changes
• Support technical implementation efforts and help align product decisions with long-term scalability goals
• Work across leadership, operations, and technical teams to keep product initiatives organized and moving forward
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Developer, Product Manager, Product Operations professional, or similar role
• Experience with product and project tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Notion, or Trello
• Familiarity with documentation and workflow platforms such as Confluence, Notion, Airtable, Lucidchart, or Miro
• Understanding of agile product development practices including sprint planning, backlog management, QA coordination, and iterative delivery
• Experience building or improving product processes in a SaaS environment
• Familiarity with HR tech, payroll systems, compliance software, workforce systems, or Employer of Record platforms
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and bring structure to fast-moving environments
• Clear written documentation and communication skills
• Comfort collaborating across technical and non-technical teams
