Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Patient Care Coordinators to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage patient schedules and appointments efficiently.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
• Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
• 1+ years experience in medical billing or a related role.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
• High level of motivation and persistence.
• Energetic and upbeat.
• Team player.
