Partnership Manager – Global (Outreach, Relationships, Referrals)

Hiring REMOTE Partnership Manager – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: $1400-$2500 USD Per Month!

We help US businesses hire applicants from various countries for REMOTE job opportunities, and we have multiple open Partnership Manager positions we need to immediately hire. You would be working directly with the business.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and research target accounts aligned with business goals
• Proactively reach out to decision-makers via LinkedIn and similar platforms
• Build and nurture authentic, long-term professional relationships
• Develop referral pipelines through ongoing engagement and trust-building
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies
• Track outreach activities, conversations, and referral outcomes
• Maintain consistent, personalized communication with key accounts

Qualifications:
• 1+ Years as a Partnership Manager or similar position

• Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Account-Based Sales (ABS), BDR, or relationship-focused outreach

• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
• Energetic & upbeat
• Team Player
• Willing to listen to feedback & improve
