Hiring REMOTE Paralegals – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,700 – $2,770 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Paralegals to provide remote legal support to U.S. law firms. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies, conducting legal research, drafting documents, and managing case files.
Responsibilities:
• Assist attorneys with legal research and prepare documents using cloud-based tools
• Organize and maintain digital files and case documents in cloud storage
• Communicate with clients via email and phone to gather information and provide updates
• Manage scheduling for virtual meetings and consultations
• Draft and review legal documents utilizing project management tools
• Ensure all legal documents are accurate and comply with relevant regulations
Qualifications:
• College degree in Legal Studies or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal
• Licensed in your home country
• Trilingual preferred: English, Spanish, and Portuguese
• Portuguese required
• Proficiency in cloud-based legal research and document management tools
• Experience with digital file management systems
• Law firm experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
