Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Online Business Managers to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Translate revenue goals into clear weekly and monthly priorities, focusing on high-impact growth activities.
• Build and manage a project management system to track tasks, deadlines, and business priorities.
• Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring all backend processes run smoothly with minimal direction.
• Identify and pitch opportunities for podcasts, speaking engagements, and partnerships with strong, on-brand written communication.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, content creation, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze performance data and metrics to guide decision-making and continuously optimize business strategies.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in business management or a similar role.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans.
• Experience with project management systems.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools for business optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with minimal need for direction.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
