Hiring REMOTE Monitoring, Remediation & Tooling Engineers – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $2,400 – $4,000 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Monitoring, Remediation & Tooling Engineers to build automation solutions and manage endpoint infrastructure. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies, developing scripts, managing monitoring workflows, and ensuring operational efficiency across client environments.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and deploy automation scripts for endpoint management using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Create and maintain automation policies, conditions, and remediation workflows in NinjaOne
• Build reusable script libraries with proper version control, testing, and documentation
• Implement automated tasks such as patching, disk cleanup, service restarts, and compliance checks
• Integrate systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON data processing
• Monitor alerts and act as an escalation point for critical incidents
• Troubleshoot endpoint, network, and automation failures across client environments
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to improve monitoring and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in an MSP, multi-tenant NOC, or endpoint automation environment
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Bash/Shell scripting
• Experience with NinjaOne and HALO PSA
• Experience with API integration (REST/GraphQL)
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
• Monitoring and AUVIK experience preferred
• Ability to develop scripts that enrich alerts with contextual information
• Experience in building dashboards and reporting tools
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
