Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Medical Virtual Assistants to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Manage patient scheduling and confirm appointments.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Assist with processing medical billing and insurance claims.
• Maintain and update patient records in electronic health systems.
• Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
• Prepare and manage medical documentation and reports.
• Support telehealth services by setting up virtual appointments.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy standards.
Qualifications:
• 1+ years experience in medical billing or a related role.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
• High level of motivation and persistence.
• Energetic and upbeat.
• Team player.
