Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Medical Billers to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Process and submit medical claims to insurance companies and government programs.
• Review and verify patient insurance information for accuracy and completeness.
• Follow up on unpaid claims and resolve discrepancies with insurance companies.
• Communicate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary information for claim processing.
• Maintain detailed records of billing activities and patient accounts.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in medical billing.
• Assist in preparing billing reports and analysis for management.
• Provide support in resolving patient billing inquiries and issues.
Qualifications:
• 1+ years experience in medical billing or a related role.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
• High level of motivation and persistence.

• Team player.
