Hiring REMOTE Maintenance Coordinator / Work Order Coordinators – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,300 – $2,000 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Maintenance Coordinator / Work Order Coordinators to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Receive and process maintenance work orders from tenants.
• Enter and manage work orders in the property management system.
• Coordinate necessary repairs with vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff.
• Monitor and follow up on open work orders until they are completed.
• Act as the communication link between tenants, maintenance teams, and internal departments.
• Assist in coordinating emergency or after-hours maintenance when required.
Qualifications:
• Bilingual in Spanish and professional English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable managing tenant calls and follow-ups.
• 6+ months of property management experience, particularly with Section 8 or low-income housing.
• Experience in coordinating with vendors, contractors, or facilities maintenance.
• Familiarity with property management software like Buildium or Propertyware.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
