Hiring REMOTE Loan Processors – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Loan Processors. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Review loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
• Collect, organize, and verify borrower documents such as income records, tax returns, bank statements, and disclosures
• Coordinate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and third parties to gather missing information and maintain file progress
• Monitor loan files throughout the processing cycle and ensure deadlines, conditions, and milestones are met
• Update loan data and maintain accurate records within loan origination and mortgage processing systems
• Review credit, appraisal, title, and insurance documents to support file readiness for underwriting
• Communicate status updates and documentation
Qualifications:

• Help ensure loan files are prepared properly for underwriting, approval, and closing
• Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience as a Loan Processor, Mortgage Processor, or similar lending operations role
• Experience with mortgage and loan systems such as Encompass, Calyx Point, Byte, LendingPad, or Floify
• Familiarity with document collection, disclosures, underwriting conditions, and mortgage processing workflows
• Understanding of residential loan documentation, compliance requirements, and file review processes
