Hiring REMOTE Loan Coordinators – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Loan Coordinators. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the loan application process from submission through closing
• Collect, review, and verify borrower documentation including income, assets, and credit reports
• Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters to ensure timely file completion
• Track loan pipeline status, conditions, and deadlines using loan origination systems
• Prepare and organize loan files for underwriting review and final approval
• Ensure all loan documentation meets regulatory compliance and company guidelines
• Follow up on outstanding conditions and missing documents to prevent processing delays
• Schedule closings and coordinate with title companies, attorneys, and settlement agents
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in loan coordination, loan processing, or mortgage operations
• Familiarity with loan origination systems such as Encompass, Calyx, or BytePro
• Knowledge of mortgage lending processes, documentation requirements, and compliance regulations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and time management abilities
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
