Hiring REMOTE Lead Product Developers – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $2500 – $3800 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Lead Product Developers to improve product systems, drive scalable development processes, and support long-term operational efficiency. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies, translating business goals into product requirements, building structured workflows, and supporting execution across product and technical teams.
Responsibilities:
• Design and improve product development processes including sprint planning, documentation standards, and execution workflows
• Collaborate with leadership to translate business objectives into clear product requirements and delivery plans
• Develop, iterate, and refine product features with a focus on usability, scalability, and operational efficiency
• Establish structured workflows for systems related to global hiring, payroll, compliance, and workforce management
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and friction points in current product systems and proactively recommend improvements
• Maintain clear documentation of product logic, workflows, configurations, and process decisions
• Support implementation efforts by aligning product requirements with technical execution and long-term scalability goals
• Work across technical and non-technical teams to keep product initiatives organized and moving forward
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Developer, Product Manager, Product Operations professional, or similar role
• Experience with product and project tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Notion, or Trello
• Familiarity with documentation and workflow platforms such as Confluence, Notion, Airtable, Lucidchart, or Miro
• Understanding of agile product development practices including sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative delivery
• Experience building or improving product processes in a SaaS environment
• Familiarity with HR tech, payroll systems, compliance workflows, or workforce management platforms is a plus
• Ability to work independently and bring structure to fast-moving environments
• Strong written documentation and cross-functional communication skills
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
