Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Lead Generation Specialists to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Research and identify potential customers that align with the ideal client profile.
• Build targeted prospect lists using online research, databases, and outbound tools.
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads based on their fit, interest, and likelihood to convert.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to enhance engagement and response rates.
• Schedule qualified meetings or pass strong leads to the sales team.
• Track outreach activity, lead status, and results to maintain pipeline visibility.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting, messaging, and lead quality.
Qualifications:
• 1+ Years in Lead Generation or similar position.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
• Energetic & upbeat.
• Experience with CRM and lead management tools.
• Team Player
• Willing to listen to feedback & improve
• Familiarity with B2B sales processes.
