Hiring REMOTE Lead Generation Specialists – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Lead Generation Specialists to support their sales pipelines. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies, researching prospects, executing outreach campaigns, and scheduling discovery calls to drive new business.
Responsibilities:
• Research and build prospect lists using Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Execute cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate leads
• Schedule discovery calls directly into the leadership team’s calendar
• Maintain CRM hygiene and track outreach metrics consistently
• Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and targeting strategies
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads before passing to the sales team
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and conversion rates
• Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in lead generation, SDR, or similar outbound sales role
• Proficiency with Apollo.io for lead generation and outreach
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting
• Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking and reporting
• Basic understanding of B2B sales cycles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
