Hiring REMOTE Lead Generation Specialists – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1400 – $2500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Lead Generation Specialists to support their sales pipeline and customer acquisition efforts. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies, researching prospects, conducting outreach, and scheduling meetings to drive new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• Research and develop prospect lists using tools such as Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Conduct cold outreach through email, LinkedIn, and phone
• Qualify leads based on target criteria and ideal customer profiles
• Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for sales team members
• Maintain CRM accuracy and monitor outreach metrics and pipeline activity
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting
• Track outreach activities, response rates, and conversion data using sales tools
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move opportunities forward
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or a similar outbound role
• Experience with prospecting tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Lusha
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Zoho CRM
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to manage outreach volume and prioritize high-value prospects
• Energetic, self-motivated, and open to feedback
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
