Hiring REMOTE Intake Specialists – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Intake Specialists. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial client intake calls to collect relevant information and assess needs
• Enter and maintain accurate client records in CRM and intake management systems
• Screen incoming inquiries and route cases to appropriate departments or team members
• Follow up with prospective clients to gather missing documentation or information
• Schedule consultations and appointments for internal teams
• Maintain organized records of all client interactions and intake status
• Assist with document collection, verification, and case file preparation
• Provide a professional and empathetic first point of contact for all new clients
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience as an intake specialist, client coordinator, or similar client-facing role
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Clio, or PracticePanther
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent data entry accuracy
• Comfortable handling high call volumes and managing multiple inquiries simultaneously
• Professional phone manner and strong interpersonal skills
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
