Hiring REMOTE Insurance Customer Service Representatives – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1300 – $1700 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Insurance Customer Service Representatives to support their client communication and policy service operations. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies, managing client interactions, addressing inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and agents.
Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound client calls promptly and professionally
• Respond to client questions regarding billing, documents, and policy status
• Execute routine client service requests such as billing inquiries and policy updates
• Route calls to licensed agents when necessary
• Document all call activity with clear and detailed messages
• Perform outbound follow-ups on open client requests and voicemails
• Update CRM/AMS with accurate notes and client interactions
• Manage shared inboxes and respond to routine service emails
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in insurance customer service or a similar client-facing role
• Experience with CRM and AMS systems used in insurance operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with insurance terminology, billing, and policy documentation
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
