Hiring REMOTE Horticulture Order & Inventory Coordinators – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1400 – $2500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Horticulture Order & Inventory Coordinators to support plant order processing, inventory accuracy, and customer communication. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies, helping manage orders, maintain inventory records, and support day-to-day administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
• Manage customer orders and inquiries while providing timely acknowledgments and updates
• Update and maintain plant inventory records across internal systems and general software platforms
• Coordinate order details, inventory updates, and required documentation with the onsite team
• Assist with B2C customer inquiries, claims, and support requests during business hours
• Track order status, inventory changes, and follow-up actions to help ensure smooth fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records of customer communication, inventory adjustments, and operational updates
• Support administrative workflows for management including reporting, coordination, and documentation tasks
• Help improve organization and consistency across order management and inventory processes
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in order coordination, inventory management, customer support, or a similar role
• Experience with inventory, ERP, or order management platforms such as NetSuite, Zoho Inventory, Fishbowl, QuickBooks Commerce, Cin7, or Sortly
• Familiarity with CRM and support tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Zoho CRM
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing orders, stock records, and documentation
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, management, and onsite teams
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
