Hiring REMOTE Head of Paid Ads – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $2000 – $3500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Head of Paid Ads to lead and scale their paid advertising initiatives across digital and marketplace platforms. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies, overseeing paid acquisition strategies that drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate has strong experience managing large paid media budgets, leading performance marketing teams, and optimizing campaigns across search, social, and ecommerce advertising platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement paid advertising strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across search and paid social advertising platforms
• Oversee budget allocation, bidding strategies, and campaign profitability across multiple channels
• Mentor and guide PPC specialists toward clear performance targets and campaign optimization goals
• Monitor campaign performance metrics including CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Manage ecommerce advertising campaigns across Amazon Seller Central and similar marketplace platforms
• Analyze performance data daily and adjust campaigns to improve results and efficiency
• Optimize underperforming campaigns quickly while aligning ad activity with product availability and inventory levels
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align advertising initiatives with broader marketing campaigns
• Produce regular reports summarizing spend, performance metrics, insights, and optimization opportunities
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or PPC campaign management
• Experience managing advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, or TikTok Ads
• Experience managing marketplace advertising platforms such as Amazon Ads or Walmart Marketplace advertising tools
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Supermetrics, or platform dashboards
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization, bidding strategies, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Experience leading or mentoring performance marketing teams
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
