Growth Marketing Lead

Compensation: USD $2,000 – $2,500 / month
Experience: 3 years

Remote Leverage is hiring a Growth Marketing Lead with a track record of owning real growth systems inside SaaS or e-commerce companies — someone who has personally built acquisition engines, scaled channels, automated CRMs, and driven measurable revenue impact.

While we are one of the most prolific recruitment companies and regularly hire on behalf of hundreds of companies worldwide, this position is an internal hire. You will be joining the Remote Leverage marketing team and working directly on building our own brands — RemoteLeverage.com and Anyshore.ai.

This is a hands-on role for a builder, not a coordinator. You will lead experimentation, launches, automation, funnel architecture, and go-to-market execution across both Remote Leverage and Anyshore, working directly with leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and scale growth channels across paid ads, partnerships, and demand generation
  • Lead MVP launches and GTM experiments
  • Design acquisition funnels and RevOps systems
  • Oversee CRM automation and lifecycle marketing flows
  • Run A/B tests across messaging, landing pages, and campaigns
  • Work directly with leadership on growth strategy

Must-Have Profile

  • Proven ownership of growth channels beyond social media
  • Deep expertise in at least one of the following marketing disciplines:
    • Paid ads
    • Demand generation
    • Partnerships
    • CRM automation
    • RevOps systems
    • Content (including AEO/SEO) at scale
  • Experience at strong SaaS or e-commerce brands
  • Highly analytical and experiment-driven
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments

Strongly Preferred

  • Tier-one brands or top startups
  • Top academic background
  • In-house growth teams (agency-only profiles are not suitable)
