Responsibilities:
• Manage and configure Go High Level (GHL) workflows, pipelines, and automations
• Set up and maintain CRM campaigns, funnels, and client communication sequences
• Build and optimize landing pages, forms, and email/SMS campaigns within GHL
• Monitor lead flow, pipeline activity, and campaign performance
• Provide client support and troubleshooting for GHL-related issues
• Integrate third-party tools and sync data across platforms
• Create dashboards and reports to track key metrics
• Support onboarding and training for new clients or team members using GHL
• Stay updated on new GHL features and implement best practices
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience working with Go High Level (GHL) as a Virtual Assistant, CRM Specialist, or Marketing Assistant
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automation, and funnel building
• Experience with email/SMS marketing campaigns and lead nurturing
• Familiarity with Zapier, integrations, and API connections (a plus)
• Excellent communication and client support skills
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Experience supporting US-based agencies or coaches strongly preferred
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
