Hiring REMOTE Full Stack Tool Developers – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,900 – $2,800 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Full Stack Tool Developers to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain internal web applications used across multiple departments.
• Develop full-stack features end-to-end, including frontend, backend APIs, database, and deployment.
• Model and evolve relational database schemas, write migrations, and optimize queries.
• Integrate internal tools with third-party platforms through REST APIs and webhooks.
• Build AI-powered features on top of LLMs, including prompt design and structured outputs.
• Investigate and resolve production issues across the stack, including UI bugs and backend errors.
• Own features from stakeholder request to scoped ticket, implementation, and follow-up.
• Document architecture decisions, APIs, data models, and internal processes for team scalability.
Qualifications:
• Proven full-stack experience shipping web applications end-to-end.
• Solid command of TypeScript and modern React with a good grasp of component design.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases, including schema design.
• Hands-on experience consuming and integrating third-party REST APIs.
• Practical experience using LLMs in production for prompt engineering and tool calling.
• Experience with Git-based workflows (branches, PRs, code review) is required — not optional.
• Ability to turn vague requests into scoped, shippable features independently.
• Comfortable working in a remote, async-first team with clear written communication.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
