Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Full Stack Mern Developer (Sourcing)s to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Take an existing MVP and develop it to market-ready, production quality.
• Design and refine backend APIs and data models for stability and scalability.
• Improve frontend UX, usability, and performance to enhance user experience.
• Ensure the system is stable, secure, and scalable for public launch.
• Identify and resolve edge cases, bugs, and technical debt efficiently.
• Make architectural decisions that support long-term growth and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with the founder to maintain engineering discipline.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured TypeScript code.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong experience with TypeScript across frontend and backend.
• Solid experience building production-grade user interfaces with React.
• Experience building Node.js / Express APIs in production environments.
• Proven track record of shipping and maintaining real-world SaaS products.
• Ability to move a product from ‘it works’ to reliable, scalable, and usable.
• Strong product-minded engineering mentality.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
