Hiring REMOTE Email Marketing Specialists – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,500 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Email Marketing Specialists. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and manage email marketing campaigns including newsletters, drip sequences, and promotional sends
• Create and optimize automated email flows such as welcome series, abandoned cart, and re-engagement campaigns
• Segment email lists based on customer behavior, demographics, and engagement data
• Write compelling email copy and design templates that drive open rates and conversions
• A/B test subject lines, CTAs, send times, and content variations to improve performance
• Monitor email deliverability, bounce rates, and spam compliance across all campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reporting for stakeholders
• Maintain email list hygiene through regular cleanup and suppression management
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in email marketing or lifecycle marketing
• Experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign
• Strong understanding of email deliverability, CAN-SPAM compliance, and list management
• Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and marketing automation workflows
• Excellent written English communication and copywriting skills
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
