We are currently hiring a remote Ecommerce Marketing Manager who will work directly with the business to manage digital marketing campaigns, ecommerce growth initiatives, and marketplace optimization strategies. This role focuses on driving brand recognition, increasing organic and paid traffic, and generating measurable sales across ecommerce channels.
The ideal candidate understands both marketplace ecosystems and direct-to-consumer ecommerce operations, including platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, and Etsy, as well as website-based stores built on Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, or Squarespace. The role also involves managing email marketing, social media campaigns, and performance analytics to support long-term brand growth.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize ecommerce marketplace presence across platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, and Etsy
• Support product marketing initiatives including listing optimization, campaign coordination, and marketplace performance monitoring
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve product visibility, conversion rates, and marketplace sales performance
• Manage marketing initiatives for direct-to-consumer ecommerce stores built on platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, or Squarespace
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotional campaigns, and automated lifecycle flows
• Manage social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, supporting both brand awareness and ecommerce sales campaigns
• Design marketing creatives and coordinate campaign launches across email and social channels
• Monitor campaign performance using marketing analytics and reporting tools to track engagement, traffic, and revenue outcomes
• Conduct audits of marketing campaigns and ecommerce channels to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
• Respond to comments and messages across social platforms to maintain active community engagement and brand presence
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in ecommerce marketing, digital marketing, or marketplace operations
• Experience managing ecommerce marketplaces such as Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, or Etsy
• Familiarity with ecommerce store platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, or Squarespace
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Customer.io, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or Omnisend
• Familiarity with social media marketing and advertising platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and related social commerce tools
• Strong understanding of SEO, ecommerce conversion optimization, and digital growth strategies
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, or similar marketing dashboards
• Excellent communication and project management skills
