Hiring REMOTE E-commerce Operations Coordinators – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,600 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire E-commerce Operations Coordinators. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update product listings on Shopify and Amazon platforms
• Monitor listing accuracy, storefront hygiene, and promotions
• Manage Seller Central tasks and resolve listing issues
• Support catalog compliance and account health
• Monitor orders, shipments, and coordinate with fulfillment partners
• Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges efficiently
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues
• Identify and suggest improvements based on customer feedback
Qualifications:
• & Tools:
• Full proficiency managing various E-Commerce platforms
• Experience with helpdesk and ticketing tools: Gorgias or Zendesk
• Familiarity with FBA, 3PLs, ShipStation, or returns platforms
• Hands on experience troubleshooting Amazon catalog complexity (variations, flat files)
• 2+ years experience in E-Commerce operations
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central
