Hiring REMOTE Director Of Saless – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $5,400 – $5,800 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Director Of Saless to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Own overall sales performance and revenue attainment.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop sales managers and sales representatives.
• Monitor pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and sales productivity.
• Develop and maintain a high-performance coaching culture.
• Partner with Revenue Operations to improve CRM utilization and sales workflows.
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Provide customer and market feedback to leadership and other departments.
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of B2B sales experience.
• 3+ years leading sales managers or multi-layer sales teams.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience managing full sales cycle teams, including outbound and inbound sales functions.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing sales organizations.
• Experience managing remote teams in a performance-driven environment.
• Experience in staffing, recruitment, professional services, SaaS, or business services.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
