Hiring REMOTE Dental Virtual Assistants – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $2,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Dental Virtual Assistants to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits through portals and phone calls.
• Analyze and document coverage details including percentages, deductibles, and exclusions.
• Record accurate verification notes in Open Dental or similar practice management software.
• Confirm insurance details prior to appointments to avoid billing issues.
• Resolve discrepancies with insurance providers and communicate updates to the internal team.
• Maintain accurate patient insurance records and assist front desk and treatment coordinators.
Qualifications:
• Dental office experience is required.
• Hands-on experience in dental insurance verification.
• Proficiency with Open Dental, Dentrix, or Eaglesoft.
• Strong understanding of dental insurance workflows and terminology.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to resolve insurance discrepancies efficiently.
• Experience in maintaining accurate patient records.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
