Compensation: USD $1,100 – $1,500 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Dental Insurance Verification Specialists to support their operations remotely. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits through online portals and phone calls.
• Analyze and explain coverage details including percentages, deductibles, annual maximums, waiting periods, frequency limits, and exclusions.
• Document accurate verification notes in Open Dental or similar practice management systems.
• Confirm insurance details prior to appointments to prevent billing issues.
• Resolve discrepancies with insurance providers and communicate updates to the internal team.
• Maintain accurate patient insurance records and support front desk and treatment coordinators.
Qualifications:
• Dental office experience is required.
• Hands-on experience with dental insurance verification.
• Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or Eaglesoft.
• Strong understanding of dental insurance terminology.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
