Hiring REMOTE Customer Support Specialists – Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: USD $1400 – $1700 per month
Remote Leverage is helping multiple companies hire Customer Support Specialists to support their customer service operations and improve client satisfaction. In this role, you would be working directly with one of Remote Leverage’s partner companies, assisting customers across support channels, resolving issues, and helping maintain a strong customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, phone, and support platforms
• Resolve customer issues related to products, services, billing, orders, or account access
• Manage support tickets and ensure timely follow-ups, updates, and issue resolution
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records within CRM and support systems
• Escalate complex technical or service-related issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Collaborate with operations, sales, or product teams to improve support workflows and customer outcomes
• Monitor support queues and help maintain service-level standards for response and resolution times
• Identify recurring customer concerns and share feedback to improve processes, documentation, and customer experience
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar client-facing role
• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Help Scout, or Gorgias
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, or Freshsales
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to manage customer concerns professionally, efficiently, and empathetically
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
